- Directs functional testing and validation of ERP system changes, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades affecting student receivables and billing, partnering with IT to evaluate technical changes, validate business requirements and underlying assumptions, assess downstream impacts, and authorize or recommend implementation into production.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for complex student billing and payment application issues, prioritizing issue resolution, performing root-cause analysis, and directing cross-functional resolution efforts with colleges, IT, and vendors to resolve systemic and recurring problems.
- Provides expert-level query development, data interpretation, and training to college finance and bursar staff, enabling effective analysis of student fiscal data and supporting operational and management decision-making.

- Directs the evaluation, prioritization, and continuous improvement of student fiscal systems and processes through data analysis, functional testing, automation, and standardized reporting; partners with IT and Business Intelligence to develop, validate, and implement system enhancements and reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Directs systemwide functional governance for college Controllers, Assistant Controllers, Bursars and related staff for the Banner Accounts Receivable module, serving as the authoritative resource on configuration, processing, controls, and downstream fiscal impacts.
Competencies/KSAs:
