Job Summary:

Part-time, hourly adjunct instructor for clinical and lab instruction for Radiologic Technology students.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position involves on-site clinical instruction at affiliate hospitals or clinics in the Denver metropolitan area, and/or in-person support for students in the lab setting on the Lowry Campus.

Competencies/KSAs:

Strong clinical radiography skills; excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities; demonstrated ability to supervise, teach, mentor, and evaluate students in the clinical setting; commitment to professionalism, patient safety, and maintaining a positive learning environment consistent with program policies and accreditation standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

A successful Radiologic Technology adjunct instructor must have an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology and a current license form the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), as well as the ability to obtain documentation of at least 4,000 hours of paid work experience in the profession.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred and required to teach any didactic courses in the program.
