Job Summary:

We provided embedded career resources to students, for example career fairs, networking and career related workshops. We also support student with job search using Handshake.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with student outreach
Coordinate management of Handshake
Support data collection and survey
Tabling and assisting with events

Competencies/KSAs:

Some customer service experience
Data input
Presentation and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Some customer service experience

Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Site Manager - SACC

The School Age Child Care (SACC) Site Manager at Red Rocks Community College is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the out-of-school-time program, which serves 40-60 children. This role involves planning and implementing engaging activities, ensuring direct supervision of children, and fostering professional relationships with school staff. The Site Manager is accountable for maintaining compliance with all relevant licensing and safety regulations, including those set by the Colorado Department of Human Services, Jefferson County Health Department, and the Metro Fire Department. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Site Manager performs various administrative duties such as preparing lesson plans, monthly calendars, newsletters, and necessary forms. The role requires developing and evaluating curricula for children ages 5-12, managing site budgets, ensuring timely collection of payments, and monitoring program expenses. The Site Manager is also responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, evaluating performance, and facilitating meetings with both staff and families. The position ensures the program environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained, while also maintaining open lines of communication with families, school personnel, and other community partners.
